HTSB Begins Investigation into Baltimore Bridge Collision

The National Transportation Safety Board says it will lead the investigation into Tuesday morning's cargo ship collision which caused the collapse of the Francis Scott Key Bridge in Baltimore. NTSB Chair Jennifer Homendy told reporters in a press conference her organization has begin the probe, but will board the vessel which hit the bridge after the search and rescue teams complete their mission for the day. Homrendy also says she hopes to find crucial information through the ship's voyage data recorder on Tuesday evening or Wednesday.
