How to Wear Hanfu | Songku (宋褲) from the Song Dynasty

Five Thousand Years
Songku (宋褲) and Beizi (褙子) are typical Song Dynasty women’s hanfu garments. This video will show you a step-by-step tutorial on how to wear Songku and Beizi. I will also talk about each individual pieces as well as the history behind them. Chinese ladies have always donned long skirts with the exception of the Song Dynasty, where palazzo pants were in high fashion! Hanfu, meaning Han Chinese Clothing, or as I'd like to call it Han Couture, is what ancient Chinese people wore for thousands of years. Traditional Chinese Clothes changed from dynasty to dynasty and there exists hundreds of variations. ------------------------------------------ Facebook: Five Thousand Years Instagram: Five_Thousand_Years 中文Youtube頻道:https://goo.gl/MPJijL ------------------------------------------ Cinematographer: Jimmy Xie https://www.jimmycxie.com Music: Tony Chen http://tonychenmusic.com
