These Chocolate Lava Cakes emerges perfectly every time with a beautiful stream of silky chocolate you will want to lick from the plate! Makes 4 lava cakes according to size of ramekins Ingredients: 188 grams of Bitter sweet chocolate 100 grams or 1/2 cup Butter 1/2 tsp Instant espresso 2 whole eggs+2 egg yolks 1/4 cup sugar 2 tbsp Plain flour Grease the ramekins with butter and dust some flour.Melt chocolate and butter in microwave. Add instant espresso and mix until smooth. Beat eggs and sugar until light in color. Add the chocolate ganache and mix.Add flourand mix .Pour into ramekins and bake for 12-14 mins in a 230C oven. Take out from the oven and let them rest for 2-3 mins before serving. Dust some icing sugar and serve with vanilla ice cream and fresh berries. #moltenlavacake #chocolate #mamagician
