Guterres Calls for Humanitarian Corridors

On a visit to Moscow, UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres proposes to coordinate with the Red Cross, Ukraine, and Russia to create humanitarian corridors out of the besieged Ukrainian city of Mariupol. And residents of the Donbas in eastern Ukraine say they are struggling to survive without many of the basics.
