Grant Shapps Appointed Defence Secretary

Grant Shapps has replaced Ben Wallace as defence secretary now that Wallace is retiring. Shapps said he's "very pleased" and looking forward to working with the armed forces. But some have raised concerns over his apparent lack of defence experience.
