France Loses Influence to Russia in Africa

Russia has been working to challenge France's presence in Africa using disinformation campaigns and military operations. French President Emmanuel Macron is on an African tour in an attempt to make up for France's lost influence on the continent. NTD spoke to an expert who said Macron faces an uphill struggle.
