Former DHS Secretary on Border Crisis

In southern border states, state-level officials have taken a different approach with regard to policy, specifically the governors of Arizona and Texas. NTD spoke with former acting DHS secretary Chad Wolf to get his thoughts on the approach some of these border states are taking.
