RESERVOIR IMMIGRANTS IGNORED FOR 10 YEARS

First we turn to 40-thousand displaced immigrants in Central China. They were forced off of their land when authorities decided to construct a reservoir in the area. The land now remains occupied by the local government, who have provided little to no compensation in exchange. Some of those displaced, dubbed 'reservoir immigrants', still can't settle down over 10 years later. (corrupt officials embezzled more than 40 million dollars 300 mio Yuan, 44 mio dollars).
