Stephen Moore: Public Universities Should Cap Tuitions

President Joe Biden has just announced his plan to forgive up to $20,000 of student loan debt. But former Trump economist Stephen Moore says that's not the long-term solution. Instead, he proposes for governments to require public universities to cap their tuitions, and require students to work while they're in college. Moore is also the co-founder of the Committee to Unleash Prosperity.
