DOJ Won't Investigate Governors Accused Over Nursing Home Deaths

The Department of Justice (DOJ) won’t be investigating any of the governors who ordered nursing homes to accept COVID-positive residents at the start of the pandemic. At the time, health groups warned that the policy placed other residents in danger.
