Secretive Shutdown of Garment Factory Leaves Employees at A Loss

When employees of Songsen Textile Company went to work on Monday, May 18, they found that all the sewing machines were gone and there was no electricity. Songsen Textile Company is a garment and bedding maker in Suzhou City, Jiangsu Province. The company owner did not notify the employees of the shutdown, and furtively removed all the machines over the weekend.
