EU and UK Digital Acts: Shared Concerns

In the UK, the Online Safety Bill will soon head back to the Commons in the EU with the Digital Services Act recently coming into effect. The two pieces of legislation will drastically reshape the online world. While featuring some differences, they have invoked similar concerns around censorship and threats to free speech.
