Pennsylvania woman killed in car crash after boyfriend 'cut' brake lines looking for pipe to 'smoke crack,' police say

Tammy Fox was killed when her car violently hit a tree 2 miles from her Pennsylvania home. Police found the brake lines had been cut. Her boyfriend was charged with criminal homicide on Aug. 29. John Jenkins Jr. admitted he had cut the lines, claiming he used them to make a crack pipe. Eyewitnesses saw the car going 50-60 mph, its brake lights blinking on and off. The mother of 5 died on Aug. 22 from injuries sustained in the crash.
