Report Says Pending US Home Sales Fell in October

In a report published today, the National Association of Realtors said contracts to buy previously owned U.S. homes fell in October. Fewer people signed contracts in October to purchase homes, as higher mortgage rates have affected affordability, and dampened enthusiasm among prospective buyers.
