Disney Remy's Ratatouille Recipe / Healthy Disney Recipe

Today we are making the famous Disney Remy's Ratatouille Recipe and for once, this is actually a Healthy Disney Recipe! No sugar, no flour and a lot of vegetables and flavor. Remy's Ratatouille Recipe created by Remy and Alfredo Linguini At the bottom of the baking dish, mix together: - 5.5oz of Tomato Paste - 1/2 Red Bell Pepper - 1/2 Yellow Bell Pepper - 1/2 White Onion - 4 to 5 Cloves of Garlic (to taste) - 3/4 Cup of Water - 1Tbsp of Olive Oil - Salt & Pepper (to taste) Thinly Slice: - 1 Zucchini - 1 Yellow Squash - 1/2 to 1 Eggplant (depending on the size) - 1 Tomato Place the thinly sliced vegetables in rows and drizzle with olive oil, salt and pepper.
