Developer Abandons Keystone XL Pipeline

TC Energy is abandoning the Keystone XL pipeline, months after President Joe Biden suspended its construction permit. The company said it will make sure its exit is environmentally sound, and it’s working with Alberta to recover the province’s $1 billion investment.
