Italian Hot Chocolate | Ciccolata Calda | Mamagician

This Italian hot chocolate is so chocolatey, rich and indulgent, it’s so easy to make at home and it’s ready from start to finish in 5 minutes. There’s no excuse not to make your own hot chocolate from scratch and you definitely won’t be disappointed! Ingredients: 2 cups or 240ml Milk 2 tsp Sugar Pinch of Salt 1 tbsp Corn flour 2 tbsp Cocoa powder 100 grams Dark chocolate Whipping cream Chocolate shavings In a heavy bottom saucepan, whisk together milk, sugar, salt, corn flour & cocoa powder until well combine. On a low flame cook until thick whisking constantly. Turn off the heat & add dark chocolate. Whisk until well combined. Serve hot. Top it up with whipping cream & chocolate shavings.
