DA Sues Sacramento Over Homeless Encampments

The city of Sacramento is being sued for failing to clean up homeless encampments. The DA and city leaders have been caught in an escalating, months-long dispute. Sacramento County District Attorney Thien Ho says California’s capital city is seeing a “collapse into chaos.”
