After listening to the story of Mr. Kimura's apple trees, I believe that, like me, you admire Mr. Kimura's hard work and his perseverance on the one hand. On the other hand, I am sure that you all share my impression of the miracle of the story. In particular, Mr. Kimura talked to the apple trees every day, and he encouraged them. I understand Mr. Kimura's need to have someone to talk to, when he is lonely and not accepted by others. But I was struck by the fact that the apple trees that he spoke to, survived, while the ones that he didn't speak to, died. So, can the apple trees really understand Mr. Kimura's words?
