New York Governor Hopes to Finish 2nd Ave Subway Line

President Joe Biden's infrastructure law includes $23 billion in new grant opportunities for transit expansion. New York Gov. Kathy Hochul hopes that some of that money will go toward the expansion of an unfinished subway line in New York City.
