At Least 3 Dead and Millions Without Power as Winter Storm Keeps Moving

Over two-thirds of the U.S. population was under an extreme weather alert on Dec. 23 as a deep freeze enveloped much of the country. At least three people have died, and over 1.5 million have been left without power.
