Real Estate Guy: Home Prices May Keep Rising

Annual inflation hit a 40-year high last month, at 7.9 percent. And that's pushing house prices up even higher. The latest numbers from the U.S. National Home Price Index show prices rose more than 19 percent in January from the year before—the fourth-largest year-over-year jump in the 35 years since the index came out.
