Cassava cake is one of the most favorite delicacy in the Philippines and there's a lot of way to prepare and make it. In this video i want to show you my version and how I make it in an easy way without compromising the taste ,meaning super yummy pa rin sya 😉 with simple ingredients... Ingredients: 4 cups frozen tapioca (700g) or 1kilo fresh tapioca 1 can condensed milk 1 can coconut milk 1 tsp vanilla for the toppings: 1/2 can condensed milk 3/4 cup evap milk or coconut milk 1 eggyolk coconut string or macapuno *Baked at 180°C for 45mins ... *After putting the toppings, bake again at 180° C for 25 more minutes or till the top becomes golden brown. #cassavacake #lutongpinoy #pinoyfood
