Blizzard warnings continue in California. Parts of Interstate 80 were shut down, and officers were responding to stuck motorists all day on Feb. 28. Yosemite National Park is also closed, with snow up to 15 feet deep. California is expecting a freeze warning on Mar. 1 and Mar. 2 in the middle of the state.
