The Epoch Times
The Epoch Times
The city of Enshi, Hubei, suffered severe waterlogging a week ago. Later on, water plants were damaged by landslides. Thus, the city has been out of water for four days. They bought bottled water or found water sources by themselves. Sometimes rural volunteers also brought them mountain spring water.
