Taiwan Diplomat Hospitalized After China Spat

Taiwan and China’s foreign ministries are trading blows after a Taiwanese diplomat ended up hospitalized. Taiwan said one of their diplomats in Fiji was assaulted by Chinese officials who tried to crash a reception held by Taiwan’s diplomatic mission. Violence ensued, ending with the diplomat in the hospital with a head injury.
