材料: 1.番茄約600g 2.水約700cc 3.冰糖3湯匙 4.話梅一包 5.蜂蜜1湯匙 作法: 1. 蕃茄洗淨 2. 放入滾水汆燙約1分鐘後撈起,立刻泡冰水就很好剝皮。 3. 水煮滾後放入3湯匙冰糖和一包話梅(依照自己口味調整)。 4. 冰糖融化後關火,再把1湯匙蜂蜜加進去拌勻。 5. 等糖梅汁放涼後,把蕃茄和梅汁倒在一起,湯汁蓋過番茄才容易入味,再放進冰箱冷藏一天,就可食用。 #小番茄#冰釀#冰釀小番茄
