State attorneys general from Missouri and Louisiana are asking a Trump-appointed judge to depose top government officials, alleging the Biden administration was deeply involved in censoring users on Big Tech platforms. Davis says almost all government positions can be deposed in lawsuits like this, but President Joe Biden himself has some immunity. Davis says the Biden administration is having Big Tech censor users under the guise of misinformation and disinformation.
