Marijuana Legalization Fails in South Dakota

Recreational marijuana won't be legalized in South Dakota despite residents voting in favor of it in a ballot measure. The state's supreme court is ruling against the legalization in a lawsuit filed on behalf of Gov. Kristi Noem.
