Biden Celebrates Mega Semiconductor Project, Visits Taiwanese Chipmaker Plant in Arizona

President Joe Biden is celebrating a mega semiconductor project in the U.S.  He visited a new plant in Arizona operated by the world's biggest chipmaker. Taiwanese microchip maker TSMC is upgrading its investment into the factory to $40 billion—more than triple its planned amount.
