Biden Approves $200 Million More For Ukraine; Says More; Says Putin Has 'Failed'

President Joe Biden tells Ukraine President Volodymyr Zelensky during a joint press conference on Tuesday he approved another $200 Million in aid to the country in its continued effort to fend off Russia. Biden also demanded Congress vote for more money to be sent to the former Soviet Republic, touting Ukraine's defense of its country, telling reporters he believes "Putin has failed" amid the continued conflict.
