Pfizer announced that it’s in its phase two clinical trials of a daily pill taken orally to combat COVID-19. The company’s CEO, Albert Bourla, wrote on Twitter that to beat the virus, it will “likely require both vaccines [and] treatments.” And in other news, the Taliban has declared that China is its “main partner,” and hinted at future infrastructure programs under the Taliban-China partnership.
