Woman dies as caravan is blown off cliff

2018-09-19 20:08
A woman in her 50s has died after a caravan was blown off a cliff in the Republic of Ireland. It is believed the woman was a tourist staying at a campsite in County Galway. The incident comes as Ireland is weathering Storm Ali, with winds of up to 90 mph. Around 200,000 homes and businesses have been left without power. An amber alert tells people in Northern Ireland, Scotland, and northern England to “be prepared.”
