California Police Arrest Smash-and-Grab Suspect

The California Highway Patrol announced Tuesday that officers arrested a suspect over the weekend who was in possession of an estimated $185,000 dollars in designer handbags. Some of them came from a Louis Vuitton store in San Francisco Union Square, a recent target of smash-and-grab robbers.
