Attorneys Say Shooter's Parents 'Not Fleeing'

A fugitive warrant has been issued for the parents of the accused Michigan high school shooter after they were charged Friday morning with involuntary manslaughter. Attorneys working with the couple say they're returning to the area to be arraigned, but authorities say they're still not in custody.
