Former Political Prisoner Joins Cuba Protests

A former Cuban political prisoner is joining activists to call for U.S. intervention in Cuba. Cuban graffiti artist Danilo Maldonado spent most of 2015 in a Cuban prison for a piece of performance art. Standing in front of the White House, Maldonado says he’s concerned about Havana’s crackdown on protesters, who are mostly regular citizens who aren't famous.
