Impeachment of Texas AG Paxton Made Without Subpoenaing Donor at Heart of Allegations

Texas Reps. Matt Schaefer (R) and Tony Tinderholt (R) on Saturday questioned Andrew Murr, the Republican who led the committee that investigated Attorney General Ken Paxton and brought the impeachment resolution to the floor, about due process of the case.
