This is one the quickest and easiest way to prepare this scrumptious recipe Subscribe to Foodotomic for delicious Vegan Recipes ✅Check out the recipe instructions below, don’t forget to SAVE & SHARE with your friends & family 🌿Ingredients🌿 Oil - 1 Tbsp Onion - 1 Large Garlic - 8 Ginger - 1 Inch Tomatoes - 2 medium Chili - 1 Oil - 1 Tbsp Cumin Seeds - Half tsp Turmeric Powder - 1/4th tsp Red Chili Powder - Half tsp Chana Masala - 1 tsp Blended paste Boiled Chickpeas - 750 g Salt - 1 & half tsp Garam Masala - Half tsp Coriander Leaves Lime Juice Water as needed 🌿Steps🌿 👉🏾Heat a pan add oil, add onion & cook till they are slightly translucent 👉🏾Add ginger, garlic & chili and cook for 2 mins 👉🏾Add sliced tomatoes followed by salt & cook till everything is soft. Let it cool down and then blend it with some water 👉🏾Heat pan again, add oil, cumin seeds, turmeric, red chili and Chana masala(you can use equal parts or cumin and coriander powder).
