Good things come to those who wait! And we have finally awaited a new video recipe! What could be better then a crispy but tender and heavenly moist salmon fillet on a warm dandelion and potato salad!? A few tips! 1. Drain the potatoes when cooked and add dandelions to the potatoes when still warm. That will make them more tender and chew-able! 2. Score the salmon skin finely to make it extra crispy 😉 3. Pan fry the salmon 70% of the time skinside. 3. Save some time and leave the skins on the potatoes. This will also hold them together after they are cooked and after you toss them around when making the salad. 4. Use quality balsamic vinegar!
