Oven fish 2 ways
1. Clean the butterfish, set aside. 2. In a small bowl, whisk cumin powder, coriander powder, white pepper powder, cayenne pepper powder, paprika powder, chili powder. Mix well and set aside. 3. In another bowl, add yoghurt, mixture spices, salt and pepper to taste. Spread the sauce on fish. Marinate for 20 minutes. 4. Meanwhile, slice potatoes. Transfer to a large bowl, sprinkle paprika powder, salt and pepper to taste. Whisk in olive oil. Mix well. Transfer to a baking tray. Bake at 350oF for 15 minutes. 5. After 15 minutes, in the same baking tray, place on the marinated fish, bake at 350oF for 25 minutes. 6. In a small bowl, add sour cream, pickles, chili and scallion as tartar sauce. 7. Garnish with parsley, sliced lemon and serve with dressing. 1. In a small bowl, add garlic, chili, scallion, capers, lemon zest, parsley, basil, salt and olive oil. Crushing well. Set aside. 2. Place the baking sheet on a tray, place baby spinach, sliced tomato and dorade. Spread the crushing dressing on the fish. Drip some white wine. Coated the fish with baking sheet. 3. Bake at 400oF for 20 minutes. 4. Enjoy!
