At least one dead after plane crashes into Sioux Falls neighborhood Christmas evening

People in one South Dakota neighborhood spent their Christmas evacuating after a small airplane crash that killed one person. It happened Tuesday evening in a residential area of Sioux falls. One home sustained exterior damage. Authorities expect to remain on the scene throughout the night. Evacuees of four houses may not be allowed to return home until Wednesday.
