Being on Youtube and consistently creating programs for everyone might be fun in the first couple of years but it’s not easy in long term. Motivating people to get fit is a life long journey, let alone providing free plans from years to years. You might believe in people who created 1 video roasting others. You might be willing to pay for a 12 week weight loss program. What happens after you finish 12 week program? will it give you a permanent fit body? No, you either have to repeat the same workouts, or buy a new program, or stop and then go back to the starting point. Things you can do Ask yourself: what others said actually help you get fitter or they put other people down, bring hate and negative mindset into your mind? Do the people review the workouts have the same body type and strength training levels with you? Does that gym goer have enough knowledge about body weight training? although the exercises are likely the same, beginner body weight training and weight training are different. We’ve been training together all those years with countless programs: from 30 days, 21 days, 14 days, to 7 day program. It’s sad seeing people blindly believe in a few videos created by another you-tubers who haven’t created a single workout but only spend time criticizing others. It’s like seeing “the black dot in the center of a white paper”. We have a white piece of paper to observe and enjoy, but we always focus on the dark spots. When it gets rough, there are many moments I wanted to stop, these past weeks when I was exhausted from editing the workouts, judgemental comments from people who lack of understanding made me feel depressed and demotivated.
