How to make Fluffy Japanese Pancake

This is by far the best souffle pancake recipe ever! The sweetness is just perfect, the cooking time is just about right and i just love how the video explains every single details so that the pancakes are able to cook perfectly! God knows how many times i failed doing souffle pancakes, its either always not in shape (meringue not stiff enough) or it got burnt (high heat or long cooking time) anyway, gotta do more of these in the future following this recipe!
