DC Fundraiser Held for Families of Jan. 6 Defendants

Families of Jan. 6 defendants attended a fundraiser in Washington, DC, on Dec. 1. The event was hosted by the Patriot Freedom Project that helps political prisoners and their families raise legal fees, and strives to bring awareness to their plight. Guest speakers included U.S. Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene. Greene said that when visiting the Jan. 6. defendants during a DC prison tour, she found the conditions deeply disturbing. She shared that many of the prisoners she met with told her they've been denied medical treatment and from seeing their attorneys.
