Top Republicans Try to Stop Biden ESG Measure

Two Republican Congressmen are fighting President Joe Biden's environmental, social, and governance (ESG) policies. The Biden Administration wants to allow federal retirement-fund managers to use ESG factors when investing. Senator Mike Braun and Representative Andy Barr have filed a measure to stop that from happening. Scott Shephard, director of the Free Enterprise Project, explains why ESG could be unconstitutional.
