This is my version of Chicken hamonado... In the video, I doubled the recipe. Igredients: 1kg Chicken 1/4 cup soy sauce 570g pineapple chunks (drained and used the syrup for marinating) 1 tbsp brown sugar 1 tsp vinegar 1 medium size onion 3 -4 cloves garlic Oil Pepper to taste
