Mississippi Challenging Roe v. Wade

Mississippi Attorney General Lynn Fitch filed a new brief Thursday, in a case that’s heading to the Supreme Court later this year. She’s now arguing that the court should overturn the landmark Roe v. Wade abortion case. This could have a major impact on the nation's abortion laws.
