It’s quiet on the San Diego side of the U.S. - Mexico border. But border patrol is ready for all scenarios as thousands of migrants move toward Tijuana. Tekae Michael, Border Patrol public affairs officer for the San Diego Sector: “There are individuals on the south side, sort of forming, which isn’t normal.” The first several hundred members of the migrant caravan reached Tijuana, Mexico on November 13. The fence is about 8 miles from the port of entry.
