COP27: Democracies Will Stick to Coal Phase-Out as China Builds New Plants

A climate summit or COP27 in Egypt is slowly coming to a close. As for the top decisions being made, many world powers have agreed to continue phasing out coal. However, at the same time, China is still building new coal plants.
