Brussels sprout 2 ways
1. Cut Brussels sprouts into half and make them clean. 2.Transfer into a pot with boiling salted water, and cook about 5 minutes. Drained well. 3.Meanwhile, in a large bowl, add cream cheese, milk, salt, pepper and nutmeg to taste. Whisk 4 eggs. Mixture well. Set aside. 4.On a breadboard, sprinkle some flour and put on pastry. Roll the surface to flat and tender. Place the pastry on a bowl and fold to fit the shape. 5.In the same bowl, add the cooked Brussels sprouts and pour the mixture sauce in.
